Accommodation

Accommodation will be arranged (on request in registration form Phase I) for all registered participants of RTC2020.

The accommodation fee can be remitted along with the registration fee to the bank account given below by online transfer.

Important information

Registration process commences on October 15, 2019

Cancellation : Full refund of registration fee may be given only if such a request is received in writing to the conference email id before December 30, 2019. The refund will be processed only after the conference. No refund will be provided for cancellations after December 30, 2019.

Participants have to complete an initial registration, Registration Phase I. After payment of registration fee, accommodation charge (only applicable to participants opting for the same), please visit our Registration Phase II to fill in the details of payment which is necessary for completion of registration process. If the participant has opted for poster/oral presentation, the participant is required to upload the abstract at the same time. Registration and abstract submission has to be completed on or before December 20, 2019. Registration and abstract submission dates have been extended to January 10, 2020. 

An initiation via email will be sent after Registration Phase I. Confirmation of abstract acceptance will be sent on January 15, 2020.
